IPA
The strong, bitter hops of an IPA, like Modern Brewery’s Relentless, pairs nicely with The Blues pizza, a pizza topped with chimichurri, prime rib, applewood-smoked bacon, red onion and blue cheese.
If you’re looking to grab a drink and a dessert, Carrot Cake also goes nicely with an IPA.
Stout
Left Hand Brewery’s Milk Stout perfectly compliments PW’s Chocolate Cake for dessert.
Belgian Tripel or Golden Ale
This will pair nicely with a Hefeweizen roasted, dry-rubbed BBQ chicken wings.
Hefeweizen or Wheat Beer
A nice hefeweizen, like Griesdieck Brothers Bavarian Wheat, will look nicely paired with our Caprese Chicken pizza.
Brown Ale
The smooth and deep flavors of an American Brown Ale, like St. Louis’ own Civil Life Brown Ale will definitely compliment the BBQ flavors of our Pulled Piggy Pizza.
